What happens when two women are brought together for the common goal of helping individuals gain knowledge and tangible tools to accomplish their health goals? Precision Longevity Labs is created — the partnership of Kerry Thuett Ph.D., FNTP, SF1/2, SFL, CPT, CF1, PN1 and Jessica Spann BA, LMT, two ladies with varying backgrounds and a common goal.

Kerry owns Fully Fueled Fitness, LLC, the location of our testing. Dr. Thuett has a Ph.D. in neurotoxicology and is a functional nutritional therapy practitioner and strength and conditioning coach. She has 40 years of teaching experience. She personally lost 180 lbs while increasing muscle by 33% using fat loss and fitness techniques that she developed. Her goal is to help others learn to use food, focused supplementation, and strength and conditioning to activate the innate healing capacity of the body.

Jessica owns Hidden Healing: Salt, Light and More LLC where she has been a massage therapist for 25 years, with a background in kinesiology and nutrition. Jessica has a history of chronic disease herself and understands the value of focused testing to help a client achieve the best results. She has seen how the right macro balance partnered with focused strength training has allowed her to feel better now than she has in a long time.

Metabolic testing uses breath analysis to measure how your body converts oxygen into energy. It reveals your exact calorie burn, fat-vs-carb fuel usage, VO₂ Max, and cellular efficiency — data that’s impossible to get from wearables or calculators.

An RMR test takes about 15 minutes. A VO₂ Max test runs 15–20 minutes. If you book the combined RMR + VO₂ Max, plan for roughly 45 minutes total including setup and consultation.

For the RMR test, fast for 4–5 hours beforehand and avoid intense exercise for 24 hours. For the VO₂ Max test, come hydrated and ready to exercise — bring comfortable workout clothes and shoes.

We use the PNOĒ metabolic analyzer — a clinical-grade device used in hospitals and research labs worldwide. It measures breath-by-breath gas exchange with medical precision.
